The poster Trauma-Informed Care In Court: An Exploratory Research Project (PDF) was recognized as the winner of the 2024 Bass Connections Poster Competition at the annual Bass Connections showcase event held on April 17, 2024, on Duke University’s campus.
A panel of judges that included program alumni and affiliates, Duke communicators from across campus, and members of the Bass Connections Student Advisory Council selected the winner from among 50 posters that entered the competition ahead of the showcase event.
The poster summarized findings from a multidisciplinary, two-year project examining how judges’ behaviors and interactions in juvenile delinquency court may impact outcomes for young people who are court-involved.
