Do you accept advertising?
We cannot accept advertising because of our nonprofit status. However, we do accept sponsorships from individuals and corporations. Sponsorships help offset the cost of the journal’s production and the complimentary subscriptions we offer to all Article III judges, federal magistrate judges, and state supreme court justices. Sponsors are recognized in our donor rolls in the publication and online, and certain sponsorship levels include sponsorship notices within the publication. Annual and single-issue sponsorships are available. See our sponsorship page for details, and contact Melinda Vaughn at judicature@law.duke.edu to obtain publishing schedules and editorial calendars.

I only received one edition of Volume 98. Why?
The American Judicature Society published only one issue of Volume 98, in July 2014. Then the publication went on hiatus during the transfer of ownership to Duke Law School. No additional issues of Volume 98 were produced. Volume 99 began with the May 2015 issue, and included three issues. In 2016, Judicature resumed a regular, quarterly publication schedule with Volume 100. Volumes will now correspond to the calendar year.
