We offer the opportunity to sponsor Judicature at one of four levels: founding member ($25,000); gold ($10,000); silver ($5,000); and bronze ($2,500). If you are interested in sponsoring Judicature, please advise us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Judicature has a long tradition for scholarly articles that have advanced the improvement of the administration of justice. It is highly regarded among judges and lawyers. Because of its tradition of service to the judiciary, Duke Law has committed to sending every edition of Judicature to Article III judges, federal magistrate judges, and state supreme court justices free of charge. Judicature complements the Center’s mission to bring scholars, practitioners, and judges together in collaborative efforts to understand, support, and advance our judicial system. With the support of all facets of the legal profession, Judicature will continue to illuminate the practical challenges of the practice of judging, the ideas and research that advance our understanding of the law, and the shared labor of the bench, bar, and academy as we seek to improve the administration of justice.
We are reinvigorating Judicature with a fresh perspective, tailoring its articles to focus particularly on matters relevant to judges and the improvement of the administration of justice, including articles on emerging legal issues, case-management techniques, and any other matter that pertains to a judge’s daily work. Our editorial board, composed of judges who are students in the Duke Law Master of Judicial Studies program, bring perspectives from all levels of the state and federal courts. We also hope that lawyers and other professionals who are interested in judicial reform and learning what judges are reading will support the publication with article submissions as well as subscriptions and sponsorships.
