SUMMIT LOCATION AND HOTEL INFORMATION

The 2019 AJEI Summit will take place at the Grand Hyatt Washington, in the center of downtown Washington, D.C., just blocks from the National Mall and the White House.

HOTEL ROOM RESERVATIONS

limited number of rooms on a “first-come, first-served” basis are reserved at the following rates:

  • Standard Room Rate – $249.00/per night; $285.85 with taxes and fees.
  • Government Per Diem Rate –$184.00/per night + taxes and fees.

We have a limited number of rooms left for Wednesday evening at the regular rate.  There are no more government rate rooms left for Wednesday, and no more can be added.  You can split your reservation between the two blocks; Wednesday night at the regular rate, and the remaining nights at the government rate.

If you receive a message that there are no more rooms available in the block, it means Wednesday evening is no longer available.  Please reset your parameters to exclude Wednesday, and you will be able to book your room.  

The special rate for guest rooms will expire on Wednesday, October 23, 2019.

  • Attire: Dress code for the daytime education program, as well as most evening events, is business casual. A suit or other appropriate business attire is recommended for the opening reception at the Supreme Court and the Saturday night reception and annual dinner. Average temperatures in Washington are approximately 59°F during the day to 37°F at night in November. Bring comfortable shoes, a jacket or coat, and an umbrella for evening events.
