On Monday, October 13, Professor Marin K. Levy of Duke Law moderated a panel discussion with Dahlia Lithwick, a former lawyer and longtime courts and law reporter for Slate, and Professor Stephen Vladeck of the University of Texas School of Law about the previous and upcoming Supreme Court terms. The event, sponsored by Duke Law School’s Program in Public Law, featured a discussion on several “hot button” issues, including gun rights, the shadow docket, and the Supreme Court’s decision regarding the Texas abortion law SB8.
